Partnering with the Cannon Foundation and Atrium Health, Health Services includes a Faith Community Nurse (FCN) who serves as a personal health counselor to more than 350 members of the First Missionary Baptist Church and the Logan community of more than 55,000 residents. Our Faith Community Nurse serves as a resource to families in crisis, makes appropriate medical and mental health referrals, and conducts classes on current health and wellness.
